Directions:
Aromatherapy: Combine 4 -8 drops of the oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 4 - 8 drops in a diffuser.
Skincare/ Massage: Add a couple of drops to a carrier oil (e.g coconut oil or argon oil) or your chosen lotion and massage into the skin.
