Your candle should burn for approx 30hrs for the 300g candles and 9hrs for the 30g sample candles.
However this also depends on lots of variables, like where you place your candle, how you use and burn your candle, the temperature of the room etc.
Always place your candle in a draft free environment and away from windows. Burn your candle for no longer than 3 - 4 hours, as this can cause the candle to soot.
How long will my Diffuser last?
Diffusers should last up to 14 weeks, some times longer depending on the conditions. Please do not place diffusers in a very hot place or in direct sunlight as this will affect the life of the diffuser.
Do I need to trim my wick?
We do recommend that you trim your candle wick before every burn, just to make sure you get the best results from your candle.
Could I be allergic to anything in the candles?
Yes, you could, this is why we add the Classification, Labelling and Packaging or "CPL" label to each fragrance. You will find all CPL information for each candle as the last picture on each listing, this gives you more detail into what is in the fragrance & essential oils we use.
Can I use my sample candle as a tealight?
No the 30g sample candles should not be used as a tea light or be used in a wax melt warmer. they are candles and should be used the same as the bigger sized candles.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax flakes and either or high grade fragrance oils or pure essential oils . The ingredients we use are also cruelty free.
Where are your products made?
We make every single candle and diffuser by hand in Bedfordshire. The whole process is done in-house by Founder Suwi Katuka.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes we now offer sample candles for you to purchase this is a great way to try out a fragrance before buying a bigger candle. Wax melt packs are a great way to test our fragrances before buying a bigger candle.
Are your candles made with essential or fragrance oils?
We use mainly use fragrance oils in our wax melts and candles, But we are looking in to exploring essential oils with a whole range coming soon. We include a list of the ingredients on each product page to help you make the best choice.
How will my order be presented?
We are proud to use completely plastic free packaging. Your items will be wrapped in eco paper bubblewrap and will be placed in a recyclable box. All of our packaging can be recycled, re-used or composted.
Can my order be sent as a gift?
Of course!! You can add gift options at check out which includes the option of adding a message to your gift. Each Lanji Candle order comes with an Affirmation card and you can add your own personal message to the gift too. If you are having any problems, please feel free to message us.
How much is delivery to the UK?
Standard UK delivery (Royal mail second class) is £2.95 Standard Royal Mail First class starts from £5.40. Delivery is calculated by weight so depending on the weight of your order you will have to pay more. Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after an order is placed and royal mail aim to deliver within 2 - 3 days after dispatch.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver to the UK.
I need a parcel tomorrow, can you do that?
If you need an order at short notice please email us first before ordering, If everything you need is in stock we can sometimes dispatch same day or the next working day. We ship UK orders within 2-5 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail for the most of parcel deliveries. We also use DPD Local for larger orders.
What shall I do if I'm having problems with my delivery?
If your delivery isn't going to plan then please contact us right away. We are here to help sort out the issue and will do everything we can to get your parcel to you. email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?
If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us email@example.com with details of your delivery, what's damaged and a photo we will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on what you'd prefer. Please report all damages within 48 hours of delivery.
