Refund policy
We hope that you will love your products when they arrive but if anything isn't right please contact us on info@lanjicandles.co.uk for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles or products that have been used.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candles for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
