Shipping policy
We ship UK orders within 2-5 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
You can also choose Royal Mail First Class option, your order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after an order is placed and Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 - 3 days after dispatch.
There are different delivery prices for small parcels and medium parcels as delivery is calculated by weight.
Wholesale or high-value orders will be sent with either Royal Mail or DPD. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order is printed, we dispatch orders the day after you receive your dispatch email. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
